Overview

The PRO400 Benchtop Homogenizer is a reliable, versatile, and durable benchtop homogenizer with a whole lot of power.  With a range of PRO QUICK CONNECT generator probes, you can homogenize volumes as small as 30 µl in just seconds or turn up the juice and homogenize up to 30 L.  The PRO TRAC motorized stand provides effortless, accurate, and smooth position of the homogenizer unit.  Sit this big boy on your bench and you'll be homogenizing tiny tubes and / or giant beakers of your favorite organic and inorganic substances.  The PRO TRAC motorized stand provides effortless and accurate positioning of the homogenizer unit.

The PRO400 comes in four flavors.  Basically, there are two options for controls, and two options for stand height:

• The PRO400D has digital speed controls and a standard 30" PRO TRAC stand.  Its 3 Turn Speed Knob provides the ability to precisely control RPM - by the hundred as opposed to by the thousand in most instruments.  The brighter LED display also provides a more user-friendly control.  The Dual-Power Light Indicator allows for simple error/problem identification.
  
• The PRO400DEL (the EL is for "extra long" stand) is similar to the PRO400D but has a 41" stand (11 more inches) for homogenizing in taller vessels.  
• The PRO400PC is a programmable unit that is designed to run repetitive processing with minimum operator attention.  It can be programmed either from the unit's keypad or from a laptop or desktop computer utilizing a RS232 serial connection and the included PROgrammable® software.  An infinite number of programs can be created and stored, each consisting of up to 23 unique cycles with their own defined speed, run time and pause between cycles.  At any point the PC-Series homogenizer can be overridden and manual control resumed.  PRO PC homogenizer units meet industry requirements for verification of processing and documentation maintenance.  As homogenization proceeds, data can be graphed on the computer screen.  Both the programs and the data collected (set time and set speed versus actual time and actual speed) can be stored and recalled for screen display or printout.  It has a standard 30" PRO TRAC stand.
• The PRO400PCEL is similar to the PRO400D but has a 41" stand (11 more inches) for homogenizing in taller vessels.

PLEASE NOTE: The PRO400 homogenizers require a PRO Quick Connect generator probe or Multi-Gen adaptor and generator probe for homogenizing.  These items are sold separately.

Are the PRO400 Homogenizers UL listed or CSA certified?

No, they are not. The only certification they carry is CE marking.
