Axle bushings for the standard 20 / 30 mm probes on the D500.
Please note that a new bushing may have a "wear-in" period where it sheds material. Please run a new bushing in water before using it in a valuable sample to allow it to wear in.
Which bushing should I use?
The plastic bushings are preferred for most samples. Choose the plastic which offers the best chemical compatibility with your samples. When it doubt, we recommend PEEK.
Brass bushings are used for granular samples which may cause accelerated wear on a plastic bushing.
